BRUSSELS – A youngster on a scooter bumped into a cop
in his car, who was going to work. The youngster stepped of his scooter and
started to insult the cop, who was not in uniform, recognising him from the
streets. The youngster then started to hit him, the cop was slightly injured. A
group formed around the scene, people insulting the cop. The youngster escaped
when other police patrols came.
