TOURNAI - During the night, cables next to the train tracks were stolen.
All train trafic was blocked between Tournai and Mons. But there was
not only a theft: electrical boards were vandalised elsewhere, provoking
a paralysis.
Since august 2012, 805 thefts of copper cables have been reported by the Belgian railroad company.
